Progression in a Society

As a society we expect our leaders to uphold our rights, to protect us, lead us and defend for us; whether that defense is between common people, corporations, families, or other nations. In those rights we have also set a standard to rely on them which has begun to set the standards for failure. Maybe not as a nation or a ruling country but as a society and a individual. By allowing those things we also allow for the roles of judgement, persecution and classification. Throughout time civilizations seek a sense of responsibility within each self or each other. To find a sort of progress, a system of what could work best for all; that though is the illusion. Within this form that responsibility is often set upon by a few entitled of that we call our leaders. Why is it then these few individuals oppress verses lead, to allow what little if any true progress to take effect or even begin? Why is it they find the value in failure rewarding the loss's over the gain? They set the example of “might makes right”, while allowing the masses to observe small acts deemed privileges or freedoms for that cost. Though those freedoms are typically earned at a price or earned through a systematic process often fooling the individual, distracting them from a real free choice manipulation of control. The freedom of choice often falls short of a guideline, rules and accommodations to such are not free but they are a distraction. You are free to choose in that you may follow the rules, or be oppressed and controlled by the consequences set upon by the people we deemed "leaders". Those consequences most often are not set upon by the society but by the leaders and the ones who benefit by the consequences.
So no matter the form of government, no matter the figurehead that is in charge it is set to fail. Every source of government has always ruled with one leader and many advisers in the hopes to achieve a greater sense of perception and understanding to rule a nation. In this adversary sets the fail, because the leader biasely chooses his advisers subconsciously who not necessarily enforce the same beliefs as his own, but share similar thought processes. They in turn think alike though the ideas are different the outcome is consistent it is a predictable aspect. To each of those advisers is another group of advisers, to advise the adviser and thus a cycle is continuous down to every link of society. To change this failing infrastructure there has to be a change in the labeling of individuals and the powers they uphold. A perception of equality between government and people in such that they are both. Though this has also been tried it created such labeling as if to sort out the confusion, make things easy. When the individual is allowed to be individual that individual is exposed to new perceptions and different ways of understanding or resolving new ideas it sets a standard for progress. When leaders and adversaries label themselves and the role they fulfill, they set limits based on those entitlements setting a role for a mass society to conform to and model; but in mass society there is extreme amounts of expression or individuality. So the issue then becomes how to individualize the individual; only that infringes on the moral rights of man creating an argument for right vs.wrong. We see this happen within all forms of government all classes of society. We as humans have a deep desire to find identity and by allowing ourselves to characterize and label the role we play it gives us that false sense of identity. We provide limitations on those roles in hopes of creating an equality. Though limitations don’t know the bounds of equality they define what those bounds are based on a human experience and perception. It is not a logical form of evolvement but an emotional one. Within that form gives leaders the ability to judge or condemn setting again a limitation on the individual or the evolution of a society driven by fear and insecurities. It allows for an easier change in the role of control. So what is the answer to this age old dilemma? How can a society set its self to a form of progress without annihilating the masses? For this progress to occur it needs the individual, it needs the mass's; destroying those societies through elimination or dominance only furthers the destruction of progress. The end result is then often failure with immense suffering on both the individual and it's ruling power. To restart the same systematic cycle of events. we build up to tear down, costing us far more as a race then a society.

Happiness the Ideal of Humanity

Happiness the Ideal of Humanity

People have always sought to find happiness in hopes to end suffering. They complicate this by trying to attain ideals or concepts that allow them a sense of identity. Making choices based on what they believe the out come will be. Setting expectations like these causes growth or great harm in ones idea of "happiness". "To be happy, I must do well in school.”; Achieving greatness in the eyes of others. “To be happy, I must succeed in my career creating vast wealth that I can not share.” “To be happy I must find myself." These concepts are all flawed, they set an expectation of happiness itself. Happiness is a state of being it is something that is always there.
We complicate this by setting an expectation that "when I am not happy, I am therefore sad." No, this not true either; you are always sad, you are always happy. One asks them selves over and over “what can I do to make me happy again?” “Why can't I just always be happy?” “How do I become happy or happy all the time?” It is simple, people rationalize by telling themselves, "Easier said then done!", setting the expectation again for suffering not realizing you are already suffering and already happy! What makes this so hard is we have made an idea of a state of being an ideal. That complicates the will to be happy.
How does one get out of bed in the morning and go through the day? You just do, as if one foot in front of the other it is as simple as walking! Happiness and suffering are like getting out of bed, you still have to face them, still have to make choices to survive the next day. So therefor you can't obtain something you already have! It takes remembering "I am happy", to be happy! When you remember that you are sad you also remember to feel sad, but nobody asks, "how do I suffer?" because they remember they are sad. Happiness is also just that simple.
Realize you are always both chose which one you feel like being in and be it. If its a sad day suffer, take time to suffer it is there for a reason be happy about your suffering. It may seem crazy to appreciate ones suffering, but by allowing yourself to explore the suffering and acknowledge your pain it can allow a much greater sense and understanding to one's own happiness. As if to be your own therapist, the you allow yourself to remember your suffering while understanding that you are suffering you separate from yourself as if to see things from a outside perspective. Which could be just the distraction that was needed to remember the suffering was only a state of mind and a temporary state that you allowed and reminded your self to exist in.
Happiness and suffering, one can not exist without the other. Knowing this allows you to move past a memory and be more in the now a present state of being. If existing within a present state one is not able to set expectations, allowing for one's self to simply take life's lessons for as they are lessons not good or bad, happy or sad but growth or stunt in growth. For life is happening now, feeling happy and sad now is life. It can be easier to choose in the now because the expectation of past and future are not set. When a person is in a state of happiness while acknowledging their suffering they start making choices that benefit support the idea of well-being from that happiness is remembered or created to remember. Success in job opportunity, love and friendships, family and community all come together or become as they are one in the same, creating the same outcome wellness. Then the question never arises of happiness because self is aware of the two but instead of asking “Am I happy? The person begins to ask in a sense that doesn't create a false expectation. The question's of “what if's become taken over by “I am...”.

The expectation of future is obsolete. You exist here, now "I am happy now as i do....” I feel suffering because I know/feel as I do...” To acknowledge both is to live in a moment of ecstasy or contentment, simply because the expectation is not set you are simply living and that is the greatest happiness one can achieve to live life at its most free-est form inside one's own mind. We often get caught up in ideals and stuck in stressful moments of life or those expectations, in those times we forget we can also forget that our mind can enslave us and keep us trapped not always outside forces that keep a person from existing in a free state. So how does one achieve happiness? By realizing that one is always happy to begin with. That the present is both happiness and suffering, reality and dreams that decide the state of our existence. Whether you choose to stay in the past “reality” or past “dream” or to sit within a expectation of a “dream” or what “reality” could potentially be is counter productive to ones achievement of happiness or “self” growth.

Change

We say we observe change, we digress for progress but there is no change in a moment that never ends. One carries the next and so on like a assembly line, ripping through fabrics of time.
We are all the same.
No change has come down, no change for the progressing new town.
We complain at that change, in shame for they stay the same.
Who has time for change, when right now is to uncertain?
Patterns are the same, one building goes up to make room for the next fallen society.
Change is never changing always its the same, yet were caught up in that changing loop of similarity.

The Indifference between the Individual and the Political Governing Body.

No matter the form of government, no matter the figurehead that is in charge it is set to fail. Ethics of Man, Morals of Right vs. Wrong

If the subject of right or wrong comes into argument in that what decides that which is to be right (lawful) or wrong (unlawful)? If within forms of government or even the smallest of communities majority decides. Then the argument arises just because the majority agrees it is right/wrong. Throughout history the evidence survives but the culture or governments ceases. It also brings into the argument of "might makes right". The more people who agree on the issue the more who are willing to enforce it.
So if these ethics of man were created by man in the ideals of bettering humanity the argument becomes bias; in that it limits the potential of man, setting its structure within a set of limitations based on a naive perception of experiences. If the ethics of man were created by a "god given theory" the argument becomes bias; in the form of a god is not human and is unable to see the ideals of humanity because a god is limited to the perception of a god. If a god experienced life as a human, he still would not be able to explore that perception because he would no longer be a god but a human, and ideals or perceptions of a limitless being would no longer apply.
Even if adapted into those ideals the expectations would also change in that they become limited to human ideals. Man putting expectation and limits with the term of god can not create those ethics, based on lack of experience and knowledge to idolize as a god would. Man is not a "god" and can not conceptualize honest forms of principal based on that lack of "limitless perception and experiences".
Both arguments to the ethics of man are in turn equally flawed. Even with supporting arguments of how ethics of man is insight or "rule of thumb", the end result is the same in that man or god really has no idea what suits man best, because man its self is flawed. Lacking the awareness to know what it is man really wants to achieve. Individuality and expression create the initial arguments allowing the ethics of man irrelevant; forming a new law of ethics created as individuals each person has different ethical and moral code helping aid the path to his or her potential. By setting the standard to one's own ethical basis a general theory of ethics can be adapted into a form of society.

The Electric Company

To whom it my concern,

Imagine one day you've heard of solar tiles and solar roofing but thought in these times yikes! Only to brush away the wonderful idea of a self-sufficient green energy. Then some time later you look out your window and see somebody painted a big blue dot, x, or check on a very nice and healthy tree. The outrage one must feel to have property vandalized! Only to find out it was your local electric company pointing out the tree they need to remove, trim and or leave scattered across the yard. Why, because it interferes with their wires strung proudly throughout the neighborhood like the cats old ball of yarn! Wires that not just clutter the ariel view but also put out low levels of radiation! Sacrifice a natural air purifier for a company who monopolizes the energy market? That is when your solar panels came into mind...
It turns out quite a lot of people love the idea! Imagine if every neighborhood had solar roofing panels or solar satellites for the shadier home an efficient green neighborhood! I realize we cannot completely eradicate the mass of wires, but if a neighborhood and company had worked together also putting energy back into the grid, it would catch on a lot faster. Why shouldn’t we have a cleaner self-sustainable energy source? It’s all around us, why should people supply a powerhouse that puts businesses and solutions like you out of business? Or be paid a huge sum of money every month with fear of being shut off? Times are slowly improving and my idea with your support may be a small solution not only to my issue of losing a tree but your battle at a market that should easily be green. For friends and neighbors to not have to starve or worry for lights and heat.
Feedback is appreciated as I and my neighborhood are quite serious to jumpstart a self-sufficient green energy source! If you offer neighborhood or block discounts we are curious. Or if you need a good marketing study I think we would be great candidates. Any information from you will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and patience.

Cordially yours,

A fed up electric company customer
